The workflow in Employee Mitra for 'Transformer Failure & other faults' is as follows;
1. Verify DTC Fault: If actual failure is found after visiting the site, then Maintenance Order (MO) needs to be created at Works Portal before closing the DTC fault.
2. Close DTC Fault: If no failure was found or minor work was done by staff then the DTC fault can be closed. In other cases, the fault can be closed only after the creation of Maintenance Order (MO).
The corresponding CRM complaint, if present, will be auto closed at this step.
3. The process flow documents are available on the Works Portal home page https://works.mahadiscom.in/WorksPortal/.
